- 1 bag Taylor Farms Cauliflower Pearls
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt to taste
- Warm olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Stir in cauliflower & sprinkle with a little salt.
- Cover & cook for 5 to 7 minutes until cauliflower is as tender as you like.
- Spoon the cauliflower into a large serving bowl, garnish with the parsley, sprinkle with the lemon juice and season to taste with salt.
- Serve warm.
